Embassy Suites by Hilton Saratoga Springs

A very fun place to stay! The rooms are so nice. The reception was great, and the breakfast was delicious.

We stayed in a corner suite, the room while well appointed was in desperate need of preventative maintenance. But, that was more than mitigated by the super friendly staff. From the front desk, to housekeeping, to the restaurant staff, everyone was awesome. I've never been to a hotel that has such a great staff. Also the breakfast was well appointed, high quality, and tasted wonderful

I recently had the pleasure of working with James Simmons at the Hilton Embassy Suites Saratoga, and I can’t say enough about the exceptional service he provided. After my stay, I needed a copy of my folio, and due to a system change on their end, it wasn’t a straightforward request. James went above and beyond to help me—he was incredibly patient, kind, and resourceful throughout the process. He didn’t just pass the issue along or give a generic response. Instead, he took ownership, communicated clearly, and came up with creative solutions to ensure I received exactly what I needed. This is a great hotel in Saratoga Springs in a very central location. Large nice lobby, clean pool and spacious rooms with comfortable bedding. The cooked to order breakfast was amazing and the evening snacks and drinks an added bonus. Only thing would be good for this hotel to have is a games room to keep the kids occupied when it snows in. A hot tub for the adults would be nice too.

I recently stayed here for a weekend getaway in Saratoga and was just as impressed as during my previous business stays. Despite the hotel being at full occupancy both nights, the level of service was exceptional — you’d never have known how busy it was. Every team member, from the front desk to housekeeping and food & beverage, was friendly, professional, and genuinely service-oriented. The property itself is beautiful and conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Saratoga. It offers a wide range of amenities, all thoughtfully maintained and plentiful. This hotel continues to exceed expectations, whether for business or leisure — highly recommended!

Great hotel choice for the area. Next to a 24hr CVS, a liquor atore and a few restaurants. Also down the block is the main street Broadway and a nice park. The rooms are big and the lobby bar has a great bar vibe for a drink. Breakfest is top notch the chefs their were kind to my kids, made them waffles every morning!

I wish I could give a 10 star rating for everything about Embassy Suites by Hilton in Saratoga !!! My daughter got married here on Saturday and the whole experience from start to finish was amazing !! I would like to give a shout out to Angela, Kimberly and her amazing staff that went above and beyond that night to make sure my daughter's special night was more than taken care of. Everyone was so nice and accommodating, even the staff that was not involved with helping out with the wedding event. We felt very at home and well taken care of. Everything was spotless throughout the entire building, even the decorations were amazingly beautiful which made it feel very warm and welcoming. If anyone is looking to have a wedding here I highly recommend it, you will be very well taken care of and enjoy your special day. Thank you again Embassy Suites for all you do
